Return Process

Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message. Once your request has been approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the product.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of our decision regarding your refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
